Shipment processing time

Products that are in stock are processed within 1-3 business days.

Products that temporary out of stock are processed within 5-10 business days.

Items that are available for purchasing don't mean it is  'in stock'. Most of the orders will be shipped out within 10 business days.

Pre-orders are processed within 2-4 weeks.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Free shipping is only available with certain amount of purchase or during promotions and activities.( not include large-sized products)

*Shipping costs for orders over 199cad are free of charge within North America.( not include large-sized products).

Please Note ：Extra shipping cost will applied for large-sized products, such as Cat Bed, Litter Box, Cat Trees, etc.

Shipment Methods do not have any impact on our order processing time.

Estimation delivery time might varies considering the region of destination and delivery delays can occasionally occur.

International Shipping Policy

Most international shipping from Europe are handled by transportation company- DHL and most international shipping from Canada are handled by transportation company- CANADA POST or UPS.  Pet Republic is not responsible for any taxes, customs and duties applied to your order and you will be authorizing our team to handle your international shipping with transportation company. Pet Republic will only be responsible for shippings to transportation company.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that this sale occurs in Canada, and that you are importing your order for non-commercial/personal use.

Damages

Pet Republic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
